Karakuri is an ingenerated device to perform anoperation with almost no energy consumption and very low cost. We refuse to propose standard solutions to attract the attention of our potential Clients. Our methods and tools originate mainly from Japan and have been successfully tested in hundreds of cases before adapting them to non-Japanese cultures.

He was one of the founders and vice president of Ephesus in 1987. An expert in Japanese manufacturing practices, he serves blue chip multinationals by guiding them to achieve operational excellence: more than 100 plants in 12 countries with 25 of them awarded by JIPM.
Has long management experience in many international companies such as Pirelli Logistics Europe, Brembo, Regional Transports for Italian Railways. 25 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain consulting projects in the automotive, textile, food and beverage industries.
He has been involved in some of the largest Lean Six Sigma implementations in Europe and has trained people at all levels (C-suite and shop floor: Sponsor, BB, GB, YB). He coaches many local and multinational companies in the manufacturing and service sectors.
Expert in Product Development and organization of the Technical Area of Companies where he helps build Excellent Processes in technical, R&D, product and process innovation, manufacturing. He is an expert in Lean Management and Lean Manufacturing and makes extensive use of 6 Sigma and Project Management techniques.
In his long international experience, he has worked for various organizations, companies, small and medium-sized businesses, and family businesses in Central and West Africa and the Middle East. An engineer and coach, he is a trainer in Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Techniques.
Long experience as HR Manager in large service companies and multinational industrial companies. Expert in reward systems, assessment, recruitment, development and human resource management. Trainer for more than 15 years, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and Project Manager, has overseen many reorganization projects for process and workforce efficiency.
