Training
The Continuous Improvement Data Analyst training path is much more than a Green Belt; in fact, it provides a comprehensive overview of the reference models of continuous improvement: from Total Productive Maintenance, according to the standard of the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance, to World Class Manufacturing, not forgetting Lean Six Sigma. The Green Belt path is integrated and perfectly harmonized with that of the Continuous Improvement Data Analyst.
The increased availability of data provided by the advent ofIndustry 4.0 offers new opportunities for improvement. To take advantage of this by untangling the world of big data, in addition to the analytical skills already present in Six Sigma, skills are required to manage and integrate data from multiple sources using business intelligence techniques, artificial intelligence applications, and machine learning algorithms.
Introduction to continuous improvement programs, TPM, WCM, Lean Six Sigma.
The DMAIC (vs PDCA) methodology.
Define: Project charter, Voice of the customer, Change management. Team management, NPS - Negotiation & Presentation Skill.
Measure: Priority output measures, Data collection, Process mapping, Basic statistics, Control charts, Measurement systems analysis, Process capabilities, Worksampling techniques.

The Continuous improvement data analyst program stems from ŌdeXa 's experience in combining the most effective continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, WCM, Lean Six Sigma) with soft topics on change management; from the Milan Polytechnic 's expertise on strategic data analysis combined with artificial intelligence and business intelligence techniques from market leaders such as IBM and Tableau.
This approach is the preferred way to improve business performance, manage complex projects and cope with increasing market competitiveness and complexity.

Education is not filling a container, but lighting a fire and bringing results (projects).
Training is the means to achieve operational excellence.
All methodologies adopted to transfer skills follow the principles of AdultLearning Theory: an approach for training adults with hands-on, interactive activities that aim to keep interest and attention high with minimal effort on the part of participants.

The training material is dynamically realized in front of the participants.
Flipcharts, simulations, exercises on real cases, application on projects at the end of the course all the material shared is photographed to build the Live book, made in front of the students and customized to their needs.

Our courses are always tailored to the specific needs of the client. The topics covered are addressed both from a theoretical point of view and supported by practical exercises. Training is always followed by coaching so as to operationalize what is acquired in the classroom.
The training is designed to have intensive interaction with participants, simulations, real case exercises, educational games, and consequently involves a variable number of trainers depending on the number of participants.
